Summary

The Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance (CMLA) is an organization focused on strengthening men and their relationship with Jesus Christ.  They are excited to announce their next virtual summit designed to propel Catholic men confidently into the work of discipleship.

The Heroic Men Summit, themed “GO! Get started, use your gifts, make disciples!” will feature dynamic talks from Justin Fatica, Jeremy Rivera, and Curtis Martin.  Attendees will learn how to get started, how to use existing God-given gifts, and how we are all called to effect change in our families and the world. The free event is set to take place June 10 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. CDT.

Meet The Spokesperson

Dan Donaldson

Dan Donaldson is Vice President of the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance. Dan worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years before joining the Augustine Institute in 2015, where he helped launch the FORMED platform and oversaw their diocesan partnerships. He then worked with Chris Stefanick at Real Life Catholic to help increase their reach to share the love of Jesus with more souls. Dan joined the Catholic Men’s Leadership Alliance in October 2022 and is passionate about expanding ministry to men worldwide. Dan resides in Colorado with his wife Andrea of 30 years and their 5 children.

Justin's Bio

A seasoned speaker with 20+ years of experience, Justin Fatica has impacted 2M+ people at 1.5K+ live events. Featured on Good Morning America, ABC Nightline, TBN, and HBO film “Hard as Nails”, Justin is also a best-selling author of 5 books. Founder of ‘You’re Amazing’ Fitness and ‘Hard as Nails’, he coaches AAU basketball and motivates youth with unwavering tenacity. He lives in Syracuse, NY, with his wife and 5 children.

Jeremy's Bio
Jeremy Rivera is co-founder of Jonah Company, a new Catholic consultancy helping dioceses build a culture of evangelization from the inside out. Prior to reverting to the Catholic Church in 2006, he pioneered two successful young adult ministries at two of the largest evangelical churches in the nation: New Hope Christian Fellowship in Hawaii and Menlo Park Presbyterian in northern California. Jeremy served as the national marketing director for FOCUS and led many strategic initiatives such as the concept for the SEEK national conference brand. When not hanging out with his wife and four kids, he can be found fly-fishing, golfing, or listening to Van Morrison.

Curtis Martin

Curtis' Bio

Founder and CEO of FOCUS, Curtis has a master’s in theology, and is an author of the best-selling book, “Made for More.” Pope Saint John Paul II awarded Curtis and his wife, Michaelannthe Benemerenti Medal for outstanding service to the Church, and Pope Benedict XVI appointed Curtis as a Consultor to the Pontifical Council of the New Evangelization. He lives in Westminster, Colorado, with nine children and eight grandchildren.
